Goddess Durga

India's Goddess of protection.

Durga is portrayed as having ten to eighteen arms, riding a tiger, and holding a variety of weapons and holy items.

She vanquishes the powers of evil that assault mankind, such as envy, bigotry, and ego, as well as people's sinful nature.

She has limitless strength and represents the inevitability of good triumphing over evil.

Durga is the Warrior Mother, and she teaches her devotees how to accept the blessings of truth and love while also defending themselves from the world's bad forces.
