Egyptian goddess of water, Tefnut (also Tefenet).
Tefnut, also known as "She of Moisture," is the goddess of water, and she is in charge of all elements of it, including humidity and drought.
She is linked to both the sun and the moon, and is often
depicted as a lioness as a symbol of her fiery nature.
Her name is said to imply "spat waters," since she
was born from the god Alum's mucus.
