Goddess Manat

Manat is an Arabian deity of destiny.

Manat is the Crone aspect of the Triple Goddess, and along with al-Uzza and al-Lat, she forms the triad.

She has complete influence over the passage of time and the fate of mankind.

Manat is a strong sorceress who controls over the Craft's secrets, divination, life, and death.

Goddess Al-Lat

Al-Lat is the name of the Arabian ultimate goddess.

"The Goddess" is how Al-Lat is translated.

  • She was revered across pre-Islamic Arabia in a trio with al-Uzza and Manat
  • She is Allah's feminine counterpart, and one of the three "daughters of God" described in the Qur'an.
  • The promise "by the salt, by the fire, and by al-Lat, who is the greatest of all" was used to seal oaths at Mecca.
  • She is the ultimate Earth Mother, giving food to her desert offspring as required.
  • The solar disc cradled by the crescent moon, as well as square-shaped stones and crystals, are her emblems.
  • The number seven is important to her.
