Var is in charge of all oaths and contracts, with a special focus on male-female agreements.

On wedding days, she is traditionally invoked, and she punishes those who break their vows.

Her strength stems from the power of spoken words, which bind the speaker to truth and honor.

Skadi: Scandinavian winter goddess 

Skadi is the god of the winter season and the darkness that it brings.

She bestows justice and vengeance on the wicked as needed, and is the embodiment of righteous rage.

Skadi, as mistress of the hunt, bestowed the bow and arrow to humans.

Her home is a land of snow-capped mountains, and Scandinavia is thought to be named after her.

Goddess Saga

 



Saga: A historical deity from Scandinavia.

Saga lives in the Sokkva-bekkr, a vast hall under a river with mead-dripping walls.

She drinks heavily from her walls and transcribes the main events of the day so that none are lost, as a goddess of stories and myths.

She is the patroness of seers and writers, and she keeps track of both past and future happenings.

She is revered in Norse and Germanic civilizations, and scrolls and mead are considered holy to her.

Goddess Gullveig

 



Gullveig, also known as Heid is the Scandinavian golden goddess.

Gullveig, a powerful sorceress with the gift of sight and a passion for gold, is linked to fertility, wealth, reincarnation, and rebirth.

In Odin's hall, she was burnt at the stake three times, and each time she walked away unhurt.

Any golden item may be used to symbolize her.
