Goddess Xi Hou

 


Chinese goddess of light, Xi Hou.

Xi Hou is the mother of the 10 suns that rotate around the globe, providing light.

She symbolizes the dawning of a new day, carefully nourishing and caring for the light and strength so that it might provide mankind with all possibilities.

Xi Hou's emblem is gold, and she is connected with riches and luck.

Goddess Ushas

 



Ushas is the Hindu goddess of dawn.

Every dawn, Ushas drives a chariot across the sky, giving light to the world.

She awakens humanity's and the gods' divine potential, providing spiritual enlightenment to those who seek it.

Her name means "dawn" in Sanskrit, and she protects the world from evil.

She is often depicted as a swarm of birds.

Sol: Sun goddess in Norse mythology.

Every dawn, Sol rides a chariot across the sky from east to west.

The planet is warmed and nourished by the golden light of her beauty and strength.

Goddess Saranyu

 



Saranyu is a Hindu animal deity.

Saranyu is the mother of all animals, mythical and otherwise.

She is the sun deity Surya's spouse and is adored as the clouds and dawn.

She changed herself into a horse and fled when she became bored of the sky and her husband.

Saranyu is often represented with mare-like characteristics.
