Saga: A historical deity from Scandinavia.
Saga lives in the Sokkva-bekkr, a vast hall under a river with mead-dripping walls.
She drinks heavily from her walls and transcribes the main
events of the day so that none are lost, as a goddess of stories and myths.
She is the patroness of seers and writers, and she keeps
track of both past and future happenings.
She is revered in Norse and Germanic civilizations, and
scrolls and mead are considered holy to her.
