Snake Woman, also known as Minoan Snake Woman: Crete's Serpent Goddess.
While many historians think Snake Woman was a fertility and
domestic goddess, other accounts describe her as a strong, seductive sorcerer
who served as High Goddess and Priestess of Crete.
She is the embodiment of the feminine mysteries and
possesses all of the serpent's magical abilities.
Her sculpture displays her wearing Minoan clothing and
holding snakes in each hand.
